We understand that IT issues can be frustrating. So that we can best support you and get the issue resolved for you quickly, here is some useful information to include in your ticket:

  • Is the issue happening for everyone or just for you?
  • If you have a screenshot of the issue with the error code please include it in the email.
  • When did the issue start?
  • What were you doing when the issue occurred?
  • When was the last time it worked as intended?
  • Which computer is it occurring on?
  • Does the issue occur every time or is it random?
  • Who is raising the ticket? We can’t help unless we can contact you!
  • What was your best contact number?
  • How is the issue impacting your work?
  • If repeatable, how can the issue be recreated?
